I've seen them here and there, the one this morning, I can't say I'm a fan... The lip on the front bumper is strange to me (in the picture below if I hold my thumb over those lips, I instantly like the car better). I think overdid it on the curves/shapes/angles. Also the dickwad driving didn't ONCE use his turn signals, in city traffic OR on the highway (we got off on the same exit) so I'm still left wondering what those look like in conjunction with the DRL LED's.

Kinja'd!!!

Which brings me to my next point, when it was behind me it had like 2 long straight lines of LED's, probably around 5ft long each (I kid, but you get me point). Not a fan of that either. It's too much.

How do you guys feel about my feels toward the CTS?

I'm not a big fan of the car. It looks so.. Big and ungainly. The old one was much better

I never thought I'd say it, but I think a slightly more conservative approach to the new one would have been better, haha. Or at least something that doesn't borrow styling cues from a Toyota Supra body kit.

The interior though, that's a different story. I think that was actually significantly improved.

BUT, there is a guy with a purple V sport in the same business park as me …. I see it quite a bit ….. looks amazing IRL.

YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH THE NEW CTS IS GORGEOUS!!!

The ATS, on the other hand, is bleh.

Well, I think that might have worked out better for the car.

And I guess that's good since you are most likely to spend most of the time in it if you have the car (to avoid it's looks)

I really like the front end but I think the back end doesn't match it. The more I see the new one the more I appreciate the looks of my previous generation CTS. Honestly when the previous generation came out people said it looked cartoonish but now it looks reserved compared to the new one. Still the new rear screams Buick to me.

I'd like it a lot more if they got rid of most of the chrome on the grille.

Its definitely a step up from the previous one, but I agree its a bit heavy handed in a few areas. Then again, the intended consumer of these cars probably prefers some borderline obnoxious/gaudy styling. Oh, and one thing that always sticks out to me on these cars is how wrong the rear wheel to rear quarter panel ratio is. Wheel and wheel well is just way too small somehow.

Not sure I agree on the interior. The use of piano black everywhere and the god-awful cue system doesn't help one bit. And the digital gauge cluster is pretty poorly designed/laid out if you ask me.

Hmm, I quite like that picture!

Ah, haven't test driven one, so I didn't know about all that. I do like piano black usually though.

Yes, I agree with you. I feel the same way about the new Escalade. I much prefer the looks of the new Navigator. It's cartoon-SUV vs grown-up-sophisticated-SUV.

Sat in one at the Miami Auto Show a little while back. Its very nice inside, don't get me wrong. But again, a little heavy handed in terms of styling and materials. The whole car could benefit from a more minimal and conservative approach a la Audi/BMW etc.

Which is why I wish Lincoln would legitimately compete with the CTS... In other words, RWD. I really really like the refreshed Navigator, it shows that Lincoln takes a much more sophisticated/grown-up approach than Cadillac does when compared to an Escalade.

I absolutely fucking love the new CTS. The rear is a bit uninspired but that front everything is pure sex.

The extra long DRL that seemingly connects makes it look like it's crying when I see it in my rearview mirror.
